Michael Balanevsky

Founder
Mr. Balanevsky is the founder and CEO of Accent Holdings, a luxury boutique residential brokerage focusing on the sale of ultra-high end properties in NYC. Recently, Accent Holdings has played an active role in the burgeoning tech revolution in the real estate market contributing financing and expertise to a user-friendly, no-fee rental hub (Igluu.com) and co-founding an app that shows viewers virtual tours of available properties (Con.tours). Prior to forming Accent Holdings, Mr. Balanevsky was VP of Acquisitions for Somerset Partners LLC, a private real estate investment firm specializing in multi-family and commercial office properties. During his time at Somerset, Mr. Balanevsky was primarily focused on the acquisition of 25 properties totaling 8,000 units throughout mainly in the Southeast US. Michael also ventured into the high-end luxury New York City market after a stint helping sell condos in Barbados. He quickly became a strong salesman and sold over $50 million of condos to foreign investors. Mr. Balanevsky grew up in the suburbs of New York City and graduated from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Artur Fruman

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Artur Fruman was born in Odessa, Ukraine and raised in Detroit, Michigan. After attending University of Michigan he moved to NYC to pursue a startup in the digital advertising & charitable fund raising space that he raised a 6-figure round of funding for. Recently he launched another venture that is an E-commerce platform for hygienic products. Although he is new to being a licensed real estate salesperson, Artur offers a creative marketing and branding approach to the Accent team.

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Mitchell is responsible for debt and equity brokerage. He has worked directly on over $750,000,000 of real estate transactions in a variety of capacities, from lending and brokering to owning and managing. Mitchell has past experience working at Wells Fargo, HEI Hotels and Cooper-Horowitz, Inc. Mitchell has helped to launch a variety of technology startups including Crusoe Ventures, LLC which he sold in 2016. Mitchell earned degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Boston University Questrom School of Business.
